Please be advised that beginning Wednesday, August 5, 2026, Comcast’s contractors will begin installing new wiring and rewiring throughout all buildings and residential units.
As part of this project, all unauthorized or improperly installed wiring located in the common areas will be disconnected and removed upon completion of the new installation.
Residents who currently use Dish Network or DIRECTV are encouraged to transition their television service into streaming, if necessary, as satellite-related wiring installed in the common areas may be removed as part of this project.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this important work is being completed. These improvements are intended to enhance and maintain the safety and appearance of our community.
